The setting is comfortable and perfect, really close to Portsmouth restaurants, surrounding areas, and the cafeteria, very quiet area. Besides, the hotel is located 2 km away from Niagara Falls Golf Club. It's neat and cosy with fairly clean bathrooms.

Everything was simply great. We were in Kittery for 2 days, had really great stay, the hotel was clean with particularly good and marvellous location close to outlet.

Breakfast was included
Room was very small. Part of it was renovated, but most of it was not.

Location was convenient. Not much else was positive.
Customer service was marginally friendly. Not a happy or helpful group of employees who all sseemed to be related. I will never go back.

I was thinking i rent a room with two beds. but what i had is a room with only one double bed.

The room smelly a bit moldy? As well, the people at the desk did not tell me that the front desk opens at 7am, and hour after my planned departure. I did not receive a receipt upon my departure. I have emailed the Inn to ask for a copy to be emailed to me, and I have still not heard back from them. This was 2 days ago.

Pool, parking right outside room, free breakfast, close to shops at Kittery Trading Post.
The room was musty smelling and it permeated my clothes! I was embarrased to find that when I pulled clothese out of my suitcase at our next location, my clothes had the same musty smell of the room! Ugh. The room had a window we could open for fresh air, but there was a security light shining right into the room at night, so we could not keep the curtains open to let in the fresh air!

Convenient location
Needs maintenance, high price for a motel. Breakfast very minimal, and not restocked at busy times.

Nice pool
Smell in the room.It is not soundproof.There is only 3 tables for the continental breakfast for a 50 rooms hotel and the variety is limited.

Shoreline beaches available. Easy shopping to Kittery outlets.
Poor to no control of air conditioner. Coffee pot in room, but no plug available. Wasps in room.

The location was excellent for us, the pool was very nice also.
The continental breakfast was not stocked well enough. This is an older motel, could use some updating.
